The
meditation is equal to enlightenment - this is what the Buddhists say,
abstracting themselves from the religion, it is a good way to combine with the
methods of relax and calmness. The meditation is not dedicated only to positive
people, which view of life is vital, filled with joyful experiences and
insights of good, but also to the people that aspire to be positive.
Meditating
is not convenient for people with psychical diseases because in several cases
it would be dangerous due to diverse factors like the exaggerated perception of
the happening which gives a premise to unpleasant moments, related to their
personal disorders. But if you suffer a psychical disease and do want to
practice meditation, it is recommended for you to see a psychologist or
psychiatrist.
The
meditation transforms the information that you have received to sort of experience,
its purpose is to calm your mind and to conserve it intact, in its bases lays
the concentration and the will of mind, after the meditation you have a quiet
soul, feel fresh and lively, in the air you can smell the flavor of peace, your
own peace.
We
know that the meditation almost ever combines with the prayer, but it is not obligatory,
looked by the prism of faith, God sees your aspiration to achieve privacy and
to save your thoughts, pouring over them the elixir of calmness.
It
is not appropriate to accept the meditating like an escape from something, here
we do not talk about means that help us to hide or avoid the problems. The meditation
is a way to accept calmly the problems in our minds and to search the
instruments for their resolution, counting with our internal world and the knowledge,
hidden deep inside.
