The stress is an instrument of the regulation in the human functioning and changes accordingly to the variable environment of our days and our life. It reflects over our physics and emotional world and creates positive and negative feelings. The positive side of the stress helps us to react appropriately when it is needed , and the negative part of the stress often leads us to depression , low spirits , anger , irritability , which provokes health problems. The positive stress may be caused by the different contacts that you make stress and after all by the new contacts – the new acquaintances with interesting persons or the meetings with old friends and relatives.
The shiver of expectation or of launching something new in personal plan. The important moments in our lives as weddings , birthdays and other amusing events cause the positive stress.The negative or also called harmful stress includes the things that irritate us, all the unpleasant and bad facts that offers the life to us and that we do not accept.
The factors that produce negative stress may be different but they generally are related to the environment , the society , the economics and the personal troubles. The bad part of the stress may cause different psychical disturbances , often when one has such problems is recommended to see a psychologist , who will help him to overpass such situation.
If you are tired and depressed , bored and have no will to do anything , this shows that the stress has came to such limits that the organism can not stand , in such situation is obligatory to try to suppress the tension and to achieve maximal calmness , that will help you to pass through the moment crisis.
The stress should not be completely avoided , it has preventive functions for the people , taking an influence over him when the environment that we live in changes and we can assume that the presence of the stress is vital for the human health. The most important thing is , when there are unpleasant and harmful for us and our self-condition actions of the stress , to try to dominate them, by regulating and controlling the stress.
